  • Absolutely not recommended – shocking experience! Despite having a confirmed booking through Booking.com, we were denied access to the building. The security staff were extremely rude, and the employees were completely unhelpful and uncooperative. No support, no explanation – just flat-out refusal. We ended up having to book another place via phone on the spot, which luckily worked out without any issues. I've truly never experienced anything like this before – no customer service, no communication, no respect for guests. If I could give negative stars, I would. Bottom line: I strongly advise…
  • Quite a good location, clean inside, the apartment we stayed in was cleaned weekly, everything inside was there, a good kitchen, excellent bed, clean toilet, the air conditioner worked very quietly and cooled quickly. A huge minus is that the management does not understand at all how to provide quality service, the staff is quite rude, no one will tell you how and to whom to provide information about yourself in order to make a face ID to enter the building, each employee requires a passport, mine was photographed 11 times!! To get into the pool you need to sign in two log books, it is not…
  • If you’re looking for a short-term rental, this place is definitely not for you. Also, if you want to live here long-term, this place definitely not too. The key of management is to bring the best service and convenience for the residence to make it feel like you live in the right place. But this place make it like “they manage you, not the property”. The way they manage is way too complicated that not necessary. It’s so annoying every time i go to the gym or pool. Staffs is impolite sometimes, especially security guards. I understand you need to do your job, but you can still do your job…
  • Extremely aggressive temporary workers. Signs in English everywhere but fake staff pretend they don’t know English.

  • The location is excellent, but the building has no air conditioning and no reception. I had a lot of trouble during check-in as no one spoke English, which forced me to wait for 40 minutes to complete the check-in process. When I checked out, I wasn’t allowed to sit in the reception area because of the Christmas decorations. I had to leave my luggage outside the building and stand next to it.
  • I have rented for 28 days on Airbnb. Rooms different from the pictures, cockroaches and mosquitoes. Cleaning is done once a week, only 2 towels, sometimes 2 toilet papers are replenished, sometimes 0. Malfunctioning fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night. Frankly, it is not comfortable. Location is still good. I guess it's just a cosmetic thing, I guess,,,
  • Saigon Royal Residences in Vietnam offers an exceptional experience. Our stay was highlighted by the breathtaking city views from the rooftop 35th floor, providing a stunning panorama of the vibrant Saigon skyline. The accommodation was luxurious, with modern amenities and impeccable service. Its central location made exploring the city convenient. Truly a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Saigon.
  • I stayed here in an Airbnb for 4 nights. The location is great. There is lots of food on the same road. 2 convenient stores and a Starbucks on the ground floor. Location is easy to find on Grab for taxis and food delivery. Building seems new with 24-hour security guards at the lobby. District 1 is right across the river. Access to the apartment's is using access cards. Overall, it was a great stay.
