Thank you, Adnan, for arranging a study room for me. So helpful and kind! I am living in Landsby West and have been struggling with noise while studying for my professional exams. I usually study in the lobby lounge area, but there was a party there, and it was quite difficult to concentrate. Janet referred me to Repton Gardens. Thank you Adnan to arrange this for me.Thank you for the detailed instructions and all the supports! It really made my Sunday study day.
In Canada gardens not repton gardens, but Nick Jupp was wonderfully speedy and efficient as well as being very friendly and polite when carrying out a plumbing repair - thank you Nick!
I have been living in Repton for 1.5 years, and this building and its management are truly amazing! Apart from the convenience (tube + hyperstores + shopping mall), what truly makes the building remarkable is its staff! They truly go way out of their way to make our homes feel like heaven! I’ve been living at Repton Gardens since February this year, and I couldn’t be happier! The team is always quick to respond to any questions we have, and everyone from the cleaning staff to reception and maintenance is incredibly helpful and friendly. They’ve recently opened a communal laundry room with industrial machines for residents, which has been an amazing addition to an already excellent living experience. I absolutely love my apartment it’s beautiful, the common areas are well maintained, and we get to enjoy many well-organized community events. I’m truly grateful to Quintain Living…
My experience with Quintain Living has been shocking and deeply disappointing. The flat I rented became uninhabitable due to a mice infestation, yet I was still expected to pay full rent and find a place to live while the pest control finished their inspections (for a period of 4 weeks…). I had to buy my own traps, caught one mouse myself, and that same day saw another running across the flat. Management didn’t even come to remove the mouse I caught. For two nights, I was forced to sleep in the building’s reception - clearly visible to staff - and still no one offered me alternative…
