PARKING - Always check the SpotHero app first. You will almost certainly get the best rates, even during “event pricing.” Scan the prepaid barcode on your way in and on your way out - do not get a ticket and do not park in Reserved (placard) spots. Besides that the garage is nice and wide, plenty of spaces.
Great new building
Very posh
Fun village over here, not bad at all.

I spoke to a woman named Gabrielle Hansen on the phone and I was taken by surprise at how willing she was to go into details and get me all the information that I needed and even plus some. Probably one of the nicest people I've ever had the privilege of speaking with. This company really cares about its customers and it shows. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to live, whether it be leasing or purchasing a home.
Nice selection of restaurants
Some of the best plumbing I've ever seen
This is going to be one of the best buildings in Miami
