Interesting place, I was surprised with the amount and variety of Soy Sauces they had. One of the items I have tried and recommend is the coconut bread. Big store well organized , well maintained and clean. If you're going for the first time, you will need some time to go through the store, there is a lot to explore and discover.
T&T Montreal — My favourite grocery store! I’ve been obsessed with T&T even before it arrived in Quebec, and I’m so happy we finally have one here! My dream is for them to open another location closer to the north — somewhere around Laval or the Rive Nord — we desperately need a proper Asian market up here. This store has an incredible selection — from fresh veggies and meats to sauces, snacks, frozen foods, and ready-to-eat meals. Everything is well organized, clean, and the variety is unmatched. They often have great deals, which is always a bonus! If I had one small comment, it’s that the…
Very clean and tidy store. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.Huge selection of fish and meats. The pay by pound buffet offers a nice selection of foods. Got all this for only $16.
T&T in general is A favorite superstore of mine. You are usually able to get a wide variety of specialty Asian produce. Following the formula, this T&T in Saint Laurent, Montreal also has a food court selling a wide variety of Asian cuisine. However, I have to say I was disappointed in this store. This is because there was a limited housewares section. I went specifically there to pick up an authentic Japanese Clay Pot. It only stocked the ceramic pot type. Hint to T&T if you're going to sell authentic clay pots, you also need to sell the heat diffuser, so the clay pot can be used on…

I usually enjoy shopping at T & T because they have a great variety of Chinese food. However, I was disappointed with a recent purchase. The product was labeled “No Sugar,” but when I tasted it, it was sweet. After checking more carefully, I found it actually contains 20% sugar. This is very misleading and disappointing. I hope T & T will review the labeling to make sure customers can trust what’s on the package!
This place is a great spot to explore unique Asian ingredients! You can try live seafood options and pick your fresh produce to cook an exciting meal. If you’re short on time and can’t be bothered to cook, they also have a ready-to-eat buffet selection of Asian dishes. It’s a really good place to learn about Asian culture. And every summer they have an Asian food festival where you can go wild!
When I was in Montreal helping my son move, we decided to hit up an Asian grocery store. Instead of going to the small local one he usually shops at, we thought we’d check out T&T—the one we’re seeing in Vancouver and Toronto. I wasn’t expecting much since I didn’t think Montreal had a big Asian population, but I was totally surprised! It might be the biggest T&T I’ve ever seen. The layout inside was almost the same as other locations, so it was easy to find everything we needed. With a store like this around, I feel like it’s totally possible to cook great Asian meals while living in…
This was a delightful surprise. So much larger than anticipated, and the selections, vast. The first thing that stood out was how amazing it smelled when you walked inside. I enjoyed looking at everything. Very clean, and well managed.
