I visited Flawless Ayala branch to get treated for my pimples, which were all over my face. I availed their medical service and products.I had a great experience with the friendly doctor as well as all the staff.

We called ahead of time to book facial appointments and the staff confirmed. However, when we arrived, the staff said that our appointments were canceled when in fact, no one even called or messaged us for cancellation. Anyway, this will be the first & last time that I’ll be going there. Staff seemed incompetent & unprofessional. Please train your staff how to book and set appointments properly because we wasted time in traffic just to be turned away. Hope this review will help capacitate the staff more.

My favorite clinic when it comes to facials. I always feel relaxed and they are very thorough. My favorite treatments are their bella beauty boost, lasers for my underarms . I love their pimple injection it costs just like a cup of coffee and my pimple is gone the next day. I always feel assured as the doctor makes rounds while the aestheticians are doing my facials. I tell them about my concern like double chin and they gave me options non invasive and minimally invasive ones

I would like to recommend FLAWLESS Ayala Cebu as they always exceed my expectations. I have been with them for more than 4 years! I love their treatmentsI from Facials, Medical Services and many more. They give good packages too. The staff are professional, kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. Me and my cousin would always get our facials from Flawless just so sad that the branch in my province didn't re-open. The results are immediate and amazing! But I am so disappointed with the Ayala Cebu branch. I know you teach your employees to upsell but not to the extent that she becomes pushy. The Frontdesk even said that the affordable options doesn't clean 100%. It's like telling customers that the less pricey options aren't effective at all. It's just frustrating that I have to re-iterate to the Frontdesk associate that me and my other friends would want to get something of our budget…

Absolutely terrible experience. Front desk kept pushing for higher value services than the one my fiancé and I said we wanted. I literally said we wanted the regular facial because I know what our skin concerns are (basically needing just extractions and a tiny bit of pampering). I had to keep repeating myself no less than 4 times but she kept pushing for a more expensive service. Had a very bad experience last year. First they made me wait for the doctor and kept lying to me about the time. Since I was in the middle of the facial I couldn't check. Then to make things worse they try to hard sell you to avail of some of their packages. It's like they can only see peso signs in their eyes. During the facial they tried to push for two more services so it's really annoying. And when I refused them they then told me the doctor herself can't extract the acne so it had to be the facialist. Love this place. I visit the Philippines every 2 years and make sure to get my facial here. Last time I got the RG facial, this pas time I got the age defy facial with rejuvelight. The technicians are always professional and nice to me. My mom went both times and had a very good experience as well.
