construction noises at 6-7am. (especially below 3rd-4th floors) very expensive studios. runs on the hype of the location. overall terrible management unfortunately.
Yes I am happy to live here, and consider it my second home as my primary residence is in the country, but am always happy to come back to live here, my work is across the street and that is the main reason I chose to live here. Happy with managent and the building overall, it is new so was fun to be the very first resident in my 1 bedroom apt, I love the view facing the skating rink it is really a highlight of the apt for me and my visitors....... These people know what they are doing! WOW! the general management of this building is great! they are responsive, calm and always respectful and friendly. Situated in the heart of Quartier Des Spectacles and on the infamous Saint-Laurent street, The access couldn’t be better. Saint-Catherine is less than 30 seconds away, metro is literally across the street, Desjardins complex is less than 2 minutes away, many supermarkets are nearby and you get to enjoy the free ice-skating rink within your walking distance. The building equipments have good quality and everything is in place! Love it!
New tenant and so far the experience has been good. The folks I have been dealing with are professional and quick to reply to questions. The building is quaint and in a good location for my work place.

The apartment location is ideal, its close to everything - the metro is less than a minute away, there are BIXIs in the summer right beside and you can walk to most of the hotspots in the city in 20 min or less. The admin team is very responsive and helpful. If you rent here most of the apartments include appliances and some utilities are covered with your rent. There is also a very nice terrace and a gym (although to be honest it could have a couple of extra weights)
The place it’s close to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and most of everything. It’s right in front of the metro station, the lessors take care of the tenants opinions and the building is under constant maintenance and revisions.
Strategically located right in front of the city’s skating ring. The management company also takes great care of the tenants.
