If you want to get your car towed this is the perfect place to move to! had a guest come over and the towing company was called 5 mins after we parked before i could arrive upstairs to register the visitor parking on their car. I attempted to reach out to the leasing office to see if there’s something they could do or if they have a system where they allow you ample time to (at least) make it out your car and inside your apartment before a tow truck was called. I arrived home at 12:35 am and when i spoke to the towing company they told me that they were contacted at 12:39am. leasing agent…
I recently moved into Vista Verde in Sunrise, Florida, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! First of all,the amenities at Vista Verde are impressive. The well-maintained pool area is perfect for soaking up the Florida sun, and the fitness center has all the equipment you need for a good workout. Also a pet friendly community and my pups made friends with other dogs in the apartment within the first week! I was also impressed by the convenience of the key less entry, the parking decal and security on the property at night for additional safety. The apartment is spacious with modern…
Got off work early and wanted to view the property as we’re looking for a new place. I don’t think they know how to tell/set time because the paper clock says they’ll be back around 1:35p. My watch clearly says it’s after 2p. Upon first impression, things like this lead me to believe that they do not pay attention to detail and if I were a resident, I’d have similar experiences of unmet expectations. Not sure if I’ll be back to check out the property as there are many similar ones on the same area but just thought someone should know.
Fantastic and sophisticated community. Well managed, accomodating, responsive and professional team from the leasing agent Kathleen to the property manager Rodolfo and the corporate team. Very positive experience for myself and client. Excellent community. Thank you Vista Verde team!

We rented a one bedroom and a garage for my son. He is doing a flight school in Fort Lauderdale. This year we signed a second lease for another year, but we asked for early cancellation after 6 months because he has to move with the school in Lakeland. We accepted to pay the penalty, but when I called and asked for it they said that it can’t be canceled but they can put the apartment on the waiting list for new tenants. I called after couple weeks to see the status of it and those are the property manager words, not even specifying anymore about waiting list,”””””Reading your email about “I…
Kathleen was so amazing she made the moving process seamless. She was so attentive and on top of everything making the move stress free. We love our new community and couldn’t be happier.
Vista Verde is truly a beautiful community with wonderful amenities. It feels like your in a resort. All the floor plans are honestly great, spacious rooms, closets and bathrooms. They are strict with their rules to guarantee a safe and equal living opportunity for everyone. There will always be people who complain about that because they believe the rules don’t apply to them. The maintenance and cleaning crew is kind, up to the task, and they always try to answer service requests in a timely manner. The management staff is as helpful as can be and equally as kind. I am incredibly glad they’re…
