Lots of amenities to have fun with the family.
I had the worst experience ever. At the time of booking the waterhole event room, I was informed that tables and chairs would be fully arranged by your event staff. Additionally, I was assured that if extra time was needed, we could extend the booking at an additional cost of $50 per hour which is also written in the waterhole event room description. However, when we requested an extension, the event attendant on duty informed us that this option was not available, directly contradicting the information provided by Lauren (rental coordinator) during the booking process.
