  When we bought this unit we were really happy but now I cry myself to sleep from the Horrible counsel and the the monthly strata fees. Horrible situation that no one deserves. I hate firstresidental strata company. If you see that name run away 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  Do not buy property here! Outdated, dinosaur-like condo board management tactics are turning this place into a retirement community, constrained by a limited mindset.

  Great place, fantastic views, village vibes ,picnic or eating in many bars restaurants is u must .

  Sad to see it very empty, with our housing problem you’d hope to see more lights on at night or more people in the walkways but its not nearly as full of life as it should be. Interesting how all the realtor and rental listings tout it as such an amazing once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live there… then why are the owners not there?
