Ken was simply amazing! We arrived early after a long flight from the U.S. for our mom’s 70th birthday trip, and we were exhausted and walking around with heavy bags. Ken immediately stepped in and helped us by securing our luggage for a few hours so we could get settled and rest. Our mom was especially tired from the flight, and his kindness truly saved the day. His professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made such a difference for our family. We are incredibly grateful—Ken is outstanding! ⭐️
The maintenance team at the Robinson East is excellent! Jose Martinez, in particular, was absolutely fantastic today. I reported an issue yesterday, and he came to my apartment this morning and resolved it within minutes. I also asked if I could mention another issue that I hadn’t logged in the app, and he took care of that right away as well. Thank you for your friendly service and professionalism. I truly appreciate it!
I stayed at The Robinson by Quantain Living for work, and I honestly had an excellent experience. The apartments were fantastic — very comfortable, well-equipped, and maintained to a high standard. The services and amenities were also great and made my stay very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my time there. I’d like to specifically mention Ken, who assisted me a lot during my stay — his support and friendliness really made a difference. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.
Living at Quintain Living, specifically at The Robinson, has been such a great experience in London. Beyond the quality of the apartment, the facilities (Gym, Co-working etc) and the convenience of the location, what really makes the difference is the people and the social events. While navigating our way through to The Robinson, we met with the nicest resident who pointed us to where the reception was. Upon arrival at the reception, the receptionist (Ken) greeted us so warmly and went the extra mile for us for all the help we needed. After a long travel, and in the cold rainy weather, being greeted with great service really felt the warmest. Thank you Ken.
New building very well organised to spend a lovely vacation in London. All the amenities like garage, gym, terrace, etc. People at reception very kind. Great place to stay
