Great coummunity for young people
Moved in recently, So far the place is good and friendly. Steven walked around with the tour and was really friendly. Tarek helped me throughout the application and was really helpful. So far optimistic about the place
I’ve lived at Daniel Keelesdale for a year now, and my experience has been great. Recently, a few things in my unit needed attention — my curtain rod, washing machine, and bathroom cross bar all got broken. I reached out to Steve Zenteno, and he immediately contacted Washington. Within a short time, everything was fixed at no cost to me. The response was fast, professional, and stress-free. I’m really impressed with the maintenance team and how well they take care of residents’ needs. Thank you to the Daniel Keelesdale team for creating a safe and comfortable place to live!
Top class customer service experience with Daniels First Home Keelesdale. Courteous and friendly staff, Attention to details and ideal resolution in quick time. After sale attention and warranty service by Joe Brindly and his team are exceptional. Happy to be in this beautiful community.

Buying a first home can be intimidating. Thanks to the keelesdale team’s exceptional customer service, our experience was met with ease and satisfaction.
Extremely unprofessional stuff and meager providing falsify information to customers to get the deals done.
Bad customer service no property manager available on time when needed never going to buy from this builder
One of the last truly affordable pre-construction developments in the city of Toronto and right beside the new Eglinton LRT. Excellent Developer, 5% Gradual Deposit, Good Mix of Condos & Townhomes, what else could you ask for!?
