They still haven’t paid back our security deposit it’s been more than two months and no clear explanation as to why until today. The apartment was left in a good condition and barely stayed there. When my husband phone and was directed to the Manager Mohammed he was very rude and showed no professionalism at all. We are very disappointed.
Lived at Retal for nearly 5 years, and it has been a fantastic experience. It became a home away from home. Over the years, all services have improved as they take feedback very seriously. The team and the management work hard to maintain high quality of service. Overall atmosphere in the compound is cosy, as it is safe, clean, and calm. If I am back to eastern province, I will definitely look at staying at Retal again.
I tried to bring one of my friends on the bus after school because her bus was broken and she had no ride home.Everyone in her bus had a ride but her, so i thought they could make an exception because her mom is in the hospital and there was extra seats on the bus. Then they forced her of the bus and continued to scream at me. i still don’t understand why they won’t let anyone come to are compound on the bus if there are extra seats. This was a very unfortunate situation that i don’t want to happen again. There was no reason for this small thing to escalate to the point where they had to force…
One of the best compounds in the Easter Region of Saudi Arabia. Amenities like swimming pool, squash court, badminton court, playing area, gym, laundry, restaurant, mini market within the compound. They have both apartments as well as villas. Housekeeping facility available.

A high end residences located in Rakah, Al Khobar with strict security for the safety and protection of their tenants.
Excellent facilities. My only concern is its too far.
Fantastic location and Staff! Service here is unbelievable! Almost like living in a resort!
I used to live here and have also stayed in the hotel rooms they have available. It's a great place. Right on the water, close to everything, great facilities, and the staff is incredible. They really make Dammam feel like home.
