I’m satisfied with the staff, concierges and doormen, who are always friendly. However, the building’s management is very problematic. Most of the facilities are unusable: the spa has been closed for a year, the pool is dirty and poorly maintained, the heating is often broken, several gym machines don’t work, the elevators are frequently out of service, there are bad odors in the hallways, and the hallway carpet is dirty. Management doesn’t give any clear answers and avoids dealing with the issues. I’m paying for services that are simply not available. If you’re looking for a well-maintained…
EDIT: The response to my review tells you everything you need to know about how this building is run . No mention about the dirty pool, half-operational gym, smell, or buzzer. They're not even pretending to care. Giving two stars only because I like my unit, I have great landlords, and the custodians and doormen who work in the building are very nice and always willing to go out of their way to help. Horrible management encourages the concierge to bother people as they walk through the front door. This is Canada and harassment is unacceptable. Wake up.

Excellent service de la part de Jean-François, il est très professionnel. Les questions sont répondues rapidement et avec précision. Le quartier va contineur de se développer ce qui rends le projet attractif.
Très beau projet en tant qu’investisseurs. Nous avons été charmé par le soin apporté aux détails, les finis, l’accompagnement et surtout le service hors pair du vendeur Jean-Francois sur place. Il a su répondre à toutes nos questions et fait un suivi impeccable du projet depuis la vente.
Super équipe au service des ventes (à l’écoute de nos besoins) et super-premier projet (phase 1) pour le développement du nouveau centre-ville de Longueuil! Les espaces communs ont gagné un prix d’habitation design (Lauréat 2022)! Devimco ont acquis une experience solide en construisant plusieurs tour à condominium principalement à Griffintown et le nouveau quartier Solar du Dix30! Pour prendre un rendez-vous, je vous recommande Jean-François Dubé!
