It's a very lovely place to walk around there.
I do visit this place and its very beautiful, its almost include all the activities we want such like the cinema, restaurants, sweets , also you can drink your coffee infront of the sea , also it have organized parking area , i do recommend to visit this place if you are going to khobar ,

If you're visiting the Khobar area, you must visit this wonderful place. I can only say that it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Given its proximity to the sea and the variety of wonderful restaurants and cafes, it's best to visit during the day. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting, with a relaxing vibe. The overall ambiance was wonderful.
Good place to walk and see the beautiful architecture. Some popular restaurants include Babel, Cheesecake Factory are available there. We can walk and sit there. Can enjoy time with friends and families there.
