Took possession of my house almost a month now, still many incomplete things and no one from Broadview will respond to emails asking for updates. Not even acknowledging them. At this rate I may have to complete the house out of pocket.
I would give them 0 stars. We wrote a contract with our deposit for $765k and two days later they came back and said we messed up the price and the new price is now $797k. When we spoke to the area manager Jason and sales manager Bruce they were pin pointing and no resolution was achieved. They told us take the new price and leave it. Being in business for 36 years this reflects so bad on them and their customer service. Anyone looking to buy a house in Langdon BEWARE donot go to them as they donot honour the contract nor their words. Worst customer service and no accountability.
