We lived at The Hub at Scripps Ranch for 2 years and paid nearly $4,000 a month. The property looks nice, but management was frustrating to deal with. The office never answers the phone. Lease renewal took weeks of back and forth. Rent went up around $500 by January, and many families were moving out while units were still empty. There are no security cameras on the property. We had multiple packages stolen, and management even asked for footage from our Ring camera because they didn’t have their own. We were also falsely accused of our dog barking (he doesn’t bark). The community itself is generally clean, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful on a day-to-day basis. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities and were one of the better parts of living here. That said, there are several major downsides. The location is very inconvenient. There’s essentially nothing to do nearby, and getting anywhere worthwhile requires driving. Be aware that getting your security deposit back feels nearly impossible. We returned our unit spotless, honestly in better condition than when we moved in. I used to really enjoy living in this apartment building, and I truly appreciate the staff, they are always kind and friendly. But my experience has changed after having multiple packages stolen. I reported this to the leasing office, and I was told “there’s no budget for a camera till next year.” For a place that markets itself as a luxury apartment community, it’s extremely disappointing that basic security measures aren’t being taken, especially when package theft is becoming so common. Love love love this complex. The management team at the Hub is absolutely amazing - Alexandria and Carlos are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Apartments are well maintained and spacious. Common space areas are plentiful and really make you feel like you have everything in one spot. Would highly recommend anyone to tour and consider this complex.

I don’t hand out five stars lightly, but The Hub at Scripps Ranch has earned every one of ’em. From move-in to move-out, Alexandria, Jasmine, Michael, and Carlos have gone above and beyond, professional, patient, and always ready to help. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a stone’s throw from major shops, good eats, and with the I-15 close by, you’re never far from where you need to be. I would like to give 5 ⭐️ based on my 1+years of stay at the Hub. These apartments are new and well planned with a lot of storage space. Though there was only one assigned car parking for my apartment, I never had any issues with additional guest parking and could reserve guest parking in assigned areas. The community is very well maintained and has easy access to I-15 highway. Leasing office staff is very friendly and they try to support residents in the best possible way. this place feels like a resort! The pool, gym and buildings are constantly maintained and reset/cleaned every day it seems like. We love that they have games (ping pong, air hockey, pool table) in the community room for everyone to enjoy. My apartment itself has huge walk in closets and huge bathrooms which is definitely a plus! The appliances are brand new. The walking distance to Starbucks is a dream. This place is Truly exceptional. On my way home from work on day I saw their complex and thought what an awesome looking complex. Sometimes things happen for a reason, we recently sold our house and as we are looking for our forever home, my wife and I are so glad we found this place to be home for the interim.
