I had a confirmed 1:30 PM tour yesterday at Modera St. Paul, but the experience was anything but welcoming. I arrived early at 1:22 PM to find the office completely locked and unstaffed. I stood in the blazing sun at the entry screen (which has no awning or shade) and called the leasing office twice, but no one answered. I was left stranded outside like a delivery driver, rather than a guest at a luxury apartment, because the entire staff was at lunch at the same time. I eventually had to move under the roof of the main lobby entrance just to find shade and send an email at 1:30 PM to get…
I have been a resident at Modera for several months and am very pleased with my experience. The leasing staff and management team are consistently helpful and courteous regarding any inquiries. They are transparent with residents when issues arise, and matters are resolved quickly. The amenities are excellent and well maintained, complemented by engaging community events hosted by the team. I had an exceptional tour experience with Taylor. I am considering relocating from Austin to Dallas, and this building and its amenities are highly appealing to me. It is a beautiful property with stunning city views, a wide range of amenities, and comfortable apartment finishes . Definitely come check out this property if you’re looking for a brand new building in the heart of downtown.
We came for an apartment tour arranged by our property locator and were told our appointment was set for 1:00 PM (with a 3:00 PM backup). When we arrived at 1:00 PM, we waited in the lobby, only to have the leasing agent lean over the railing from upstairs and tell us that she didn’t have an appointment for us and that it was at 3:00 PM instead. The interaction felt unwelcoming, with no effort to clarify the situation or communicate professionally. When asked if we wanted to come back at 3:00 PM, we declined, as it would have been a waste of time after already arriving for the scheduled tour.…
Toured this building earlier today and was blown away by both the beautifully curated amenity spaces & spacious floorpans. This apartment has features I didn’t even know I wanted but now can’t live without. Safe to say, I love it here! And touring with Taylor was an absolute pleasure! They were friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable of the community. Great experience overall.
I just wanted to share my experience with leasing agent Taylor, as a first time renter the process is already scary.
