  • I believe this is the only building where security has got full freedom from the management to do nothing other than sitting on chair and watch movies, be rude, arrogant to the tenants and actually doesn’t care about anything. The people from other building enters and knocks the door asking if this is J S Tower In the middle of day light luckily we don’t have such things happening at night. Unprofessional security personnel hired by the management. Anyone enters the building and knocks and goes. Maintenance of the building is well taken care by Asad, always there to help and assist.
  • Poorly maintained. Avoid apartment 405. It has many maintenance issues & Imagine the Landlord used my 2.5k AED deposit to paint the house for the next tenant. 😳
  • Security guys are great, very supportive. Apartment maintenance was extremly low.... Rented apartment not so long ago, withing this time faced leakages more then twice (AC and expired water heater..., DEWA bills for single person reaches to 1.5k... General maintenance costed me an additional 2k), building is not new so be ready to deal with cockroaches and high DEWA receipts (used all possible chemicals from cockroaches, but still can see some). Cherry on top, construction started near building... so be prepared to live in noise at all the time (poor noise isolation)....
  • The corner flat 203, not recommending to deal with the owner and broker. Bad and not honest response on deposit refund. Noice of cars, construction starts at 4:30am, even weekend or late night.

  • I lived there for 2 years, on the 14th floor, so very low traffic, hardly any noise from neighbors (kids, of course, but rarely). The elevators are almost never crowded, which is great. The apartment is ok, nothing fancy, if you're on a budget and looking for a decent location, this is it. Cleaning is on a regular basis. The basement parking could use some maintenance/ cleaning, there is a bad smell sometimes, but nothing major. I was glad to see there are rules against leaving shoes/water bottles/ornaments in the hallways. I can't speak for security or anybody else, for I hardly see or deal…
  • Very bad experience, I lost my car in rain season because of water flood. Management is so careless and no one care about my personal lost in the car. Charges for everything and no direct act or response to any complaint. Gym is very poor. Price is not cheap compared to other building but management is big mistake
  • It us the worst experience i’ve had in a residential building as -i lost my BMW ride in this rain season because the building bad finishes they have no water drainage system so the drowned in the basement parking and building management stated clearly no compensation will be given. -water leakage from ceiling in the rain fall in my bedroom -security on duty this day didn’t inform us at all. -management said that he went to every apartment which was a big fat lie -the appointment finish is so cheep as the bathroom sink felt down twice even after they fixed it. -always have sewerage blocking…
  • Decently sized rooms and nice big windows. Only issue is u can't use an under ground parking unless you own one. So if you're travelling for a bit your car will def be out in the sun and run out of juice.
