  • I cannot say enough amazing things about Jersey Commons! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The property is clean, well-kept, and truly feels like home. The grounds are always maintained beautifully, and you can tell there is real care put into making this community comfortable and welcoming for residents. One of the standout aspects of Jersey Commons is the maintenance team. They are absolutely incredible. Anytime I have submitted a request, it has been handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. They don’t just “fix the problem”…
  • Dont recommend this place for people with kids. There are people that have drug problems living here. There are fights and police coming at 1am or any time. Scary. A child saying im scared because of fights or people knocking at your door at 6am over a package. Then people get evicted or arrested and then they come back to stay here again. What management is doing for this place to be safe? These people dont have respect for others. My kids scared of this place. . They used to have security but he didnt do anything either . . Apartments are new but if safety is an issue then is not worth it.…
  • Dont recommend living here. Apartments are nice. But there are a lot of drugs and bad people here. Police is constantly in this place . A lot of fights also. Not safe at all.
  • I came to the property and the previous manager didnt provide any property information and treated us rude back in July. She wouñdnt even let us come inside to get the info. The new property manager Tayla Luckett is a very polite person compared to her. I got all my questions answered today and everything was better. We were able to get onto the waitlist with Taylas assistance.

  • I have noticed a lot of improvement since moving here and I’m grateful for that. The office manager Tayla has been great since first encounter. She takes the time to deal with any questions or concerns I come to her with. She took the time to know me as a tenant and that is very much appreciated.
  • Update ::; as of January 2026 the place has gotten better , better staff and security at night , they have new maintenance and they listen to us . It feels better now, I can rest at night , and I can talk to them about anything , all my life I been wanting a voice, just someone that hears me , not only do they hear, they go over and beyond and that means a lot to me , what is in the past I'll leave it there , because things are great now . Thank you for hearing us and making it safe.. AS OF DECEMBER 2025 update. No lie it's a beautiful place but it's torture for a person that's been raped her…
  • I moved into this apartment complex in August, and my initial experience was positive. Erika, the former property manager, and Janelle were both very helpful and professional during my move-in process. They made everything smooth and were supportive. Unfortunately, things changed significantly when the new property manager, Tayla Luckett, took over. Since then, communication and professionalism have been extremely poor. Shortly after moving in, I experienced temporary financial hardship and used a rent assistance resource that the property originally provided to tenants. It took nearly two…
  • My name is M. Hernandez and I'm currently a tenant here since July after moving out of my 2 bedroom apartment that I lived at for 24 years in West Philadelphia. This means that I am not only stable but responsible and that I have my own furniture which brings me to the problem at hand. A week ago I went to speak to the lady in our office about when will she have the furniture in my unit removed and given to another tenant who needs it because I finally had my own furniture delivered. I am very thankful for the furniture that is in the unit and I will keep the leather sofa, 2 side chairs and…
