I watched the Odeon being built from the ground up, and was one of the first residents to move in. After that very first tour, in a hard hat no less, I knew that I wanted to live there. The Odeon is very well constructed, quiet, safe, with top-notch amenities in arguably the best location in New Orleans. It is well-managed, and rules are enforced, which I really appreciate. The Odeon’s finest attribute, in my opinion, is the staff; they have been accommodating, responsive and very kind to me. Is the Odeon perfect? No, but any minor quibbles that I might have pale in comparison to anywhere…
This is an altogether wonderful place to live-- at once upscale and cozy. The amenities, from gym to pool to outdoor kitchen to lounge, are exceptional. The staff are consistently respectful and suppportive. The concierge service is uniquely attentive and accommodating.
We recently renewed our lease for another year at The Odeon and can't say enough about the property and the management team there. Perfectly located in the CBD and walkable to Rouses, many restaurants, and we just discovered a great wine store nearby as well. The team is incredibly responsive and what few maintenance requests we've had were handled either same day or within 24 hours. We don't live there full time and package delivery and housekeeping is handled - it's been a great experience!
Moving to NOLA from my Jersey City luxury building I needed the world class luxury I grew accustomed to and this place DELIVERS. The apartments are STUNNINGLY designed, the amenities and the building in general are kept extremely clean by the very visible cleaning staff. For me having racial diversity in my apartment community is also very important & The Odeon is incredibly diverse. Everyone here is treated with kindness and respect plus they act incredibly fast when anything is needed by a tenant. At first, the Odeon seemed like a wonderful living space. Clean, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Little did I know, I would be charged upon charged for every little thing that occurred here. I had a few friends over for a BBQ, (few as in 3), and a staff member saw me at the grocery store on my own personal time and billed me 100 dollars because she saw me buying hot dogs for more than 3 people. She would have never known I was having 3 people over and actually called me before they even arrived - telling me I would be charged for having a “party”. Keep in mind! This was NO PARTY. on top…
Amazing place, love the building but I especially love their gym. Top quality equipment, lots of different tools to workout and always organized and clean.
My wife and I met with Karen and she was so wonderful and so helpful! She went through the layout with us and helped to fulfill our dreams! The Odeon is a masterclass apartment that brings in amazing staff and residents. The building is absolutely exquisite and gorgeous, offering such homewarming feelings and a lovely balance of wellness. It was an incredible unmatched experience and I would highly recommend.
Have only been lucky enough to be a guest at the Odeon… best view in NOLA, large windows throughout, beautiful amenities deck!!! Awesome, walkable location to great restaurants, bars and groceries!!!
