Just moved in recently to one apartment on 4th floor in this building. Apartments 10/10 ..Studio is Abit small but enough for a small family and building 9/10. Management of my apartment is also good ..
I was very treated by the security guard that he wanted personal proof or identity and I was coming to visit my friend there was no cooperation at all
Easy 19 tenants company staffs very unprofessional and irresponsible. Uzbekistan national Uzbek his name is Shaukat , he is manager of easy 19. He is such violent and rude person who doesn’t have manners to talk to tenants and customers. He deducted almost 1500 dirham from tenant 2000 security deposit.
