Avenue South Residence is a landmark mega-development located at Silat Avenue in District 3. Completed in 2023, it is famously known for its two 56-storey twin towers that soar above the Bukit Merah skyline, offering unblocked views of the city and the Greater Southern Waterfront. Carpark need to pay.
Super nice and modern condo with amazing appliances and with great facilities. Only feedback is that the facilities size are not enough for the number of residents so they are always crowded.

Cosy neighbourhood. Near to town. Right next to Rail Corridor, a lovely place to stay for people who love to workout and be close to nature.

Nice development near the south of Singapore, but do note if you are visiting you would need to pay to park in the carpark - half hourly parking charges and not per entry charges.
I have a unit here for my employees. Nice place which is quite close to the city( so ot is convenient) but it is not convenient if one needs public transport.
Avenue South Residence is a great place to live. I have toured many places and this one stands out! Very relaxing place, love the facilities especially infinity pool, 2 karaoke rooms and 8 function rooms to host party. ASR is very close to the city and centrally located. Love the unblocked wonderful day and night views. This is literally one of the best condo to stay in Singapore.
