I had a breast and axillary ultrasound at this clinic in November 2025 and was very disappointed with the experience. I arrived on time but waited about 45 minutes in a very cold room and was called in around 20 minutes after my appointment time. Several different staff members kept asking me the same questions, which felt disorganized. The scan was started by an assistant, and the doctor only came in at the last minute and made an inappropriate personal comment about the fact that I do not have children. Very good location, facilities and customer service. From reception to the lab tests they were all very professional. Update: staff were still professional. Such a shame the Frontdesk has become inefficient. 1 hour and counting wait time for me to be called, and there are only a handful of people waiting with me.

Cannot recommend. They are not interested in patient outcomes only in their standard process. Needless to say I should have gone with a more professional wellness centre. Avoid

Scheduled for 1:30 pm breast mri and they were only able to accommodate me at 4:00 pm. Came in here 30 minutes before the scheduled scan. Took me hours to wait. What’s the point of the scheduling system then although the staff were very nice but everything else is so slow

Staffs are courteous and efficient. Very clean place, comfortable and relaxing. Doctors and nurses are the same, nice and very professional. There’s a reserve parking on basement 5 but there is also pay parking on basement 2. Expect it to be a bit more expensive than your regular go to place for mammogram and breast ultrasound.

We could not find a way to book an appointment. We sent an email, tried calling, and tried using the website. All were useless.

They accommodate appointments as early as 7 am. The staff are very corteous especially to Miss Allana at reception, Miss Thea for asssisting me before the procedure and to Dr. A. Jimenez. The space is very neat, not very busy at the time I selected. Washroom is clean. Lockers available for your valuables. Thanks for today. The smiles and kindness I received started my day nicely.
