An elegant, well-kept community with spacious apartments and beautiful surroundings with quick access to downtown entertainment. Management is attentive and professional, which truly elevates the living experience. A wonderful place to call home.
Long overdue, but I just have to take a moment to shout out Midtown Row! I moved to Montgomery earlier this year, and I can honestly say you won’t find a cleaner place than this anywhere! Whitney and Christine are absolute rockstars, and they made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. I can’t forget the maintenance team either—they are top-notch!
I moved into Midtown Row in November 2023, and I just renewed my lease for another 11 months. We have a two bedroom, two bath unit …everything is modern, updated and the property is well maintained. Our building and the surrounding area are pretty quiet, despite there being a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband was transferred here unexpectedly, so we actually chose to sign a lease the first time site unseen. I relocated to Montgomery for a brief work assignment and decided to go with Midtown Row. The complex is nice but just my luck the people who lived next door to me constantly played extremely loud music at night which made my stay here very unpleasant.They would play music so loud that at one point I could easily identify the songs and sing along word for word if I wanted to. I’ve never experienced people who were so inconsiderate and had disregard for others. It took me multiple times complaining to the leasing office for them to turn it down and even afterwards they would still play it…

Just resigned my lease, awesome place, super clean, great little area, safe….parks, restaurants, bars within walking distance. Whitney and Christine have been fabulous, willing to meet at anytime, very accommodating, professional, and extremely nice. Reach out to those ladies, they have tremendous knowledge. Great experience!!!
I have really enjoyed being a tenant at Midtown Row. The apartment is modern, sleek, and situated in a perfect location. For anyone in medicine, it is extremely close to Baptist south and takes about 5 minutes to get there in the morning. The staff was extremely helpful during the leasing process and has remained helpful after my lease was signed. 10/10 recommend the Row!
Midtown Row has been nothing but a positive experience for us. The property manger is excellent and is always quick to get back with me if I have any questions.The actual apartments themselves are also beautiful. Midtown Row is one of few High-end luxury apartments in the Montgomery area. Midtown Row is also a bargain for the quality and space. We went from paying $1,300 for a loft similar in size to $1,090 for the same space with better quality. We are truly happy with the decision to rent at Midtown Row and the great people of Colonial Commercial Reality!
Midtown Row is a wonderful apartment community. The manager, Ashley and Maintenance Manager, Casey have been just wonderful. It’s obvious that the owners care about the quality of their tenants and the quality of life the tenants enjoy, from convenience and service to safety! We could not be more appreciative and pleased!
