I can’t imagine something could ever be constructed in Chicago that could compete with this amazing building. Sure someday somebody will try to imitate, but will never duplicate what the JDL masterpiece has become. The building is meticulously maintained, and the owners of the building make sure that issues are addressed immediately. I am constantly monitoring my options at other buildings downtown, however when I read the negative reviews at other buildings, I am so grateful mine have none of those negative issues. Absolutely one of the nicest and most gorgeous complexes in the city! The amenities are unmatched; lifetime fitness in the building (with a membership included 🤩), redline right outside your door, valet service, dog spa, beautiful pool and outdoor space to hang out, and a Whole Foods right downstairs. Not to mention the resident events, which really help when you’re new to the city and want to meet new people. The building is kept up beautifully and the staff truly go above and beyond. This is THE place to live in Chicago!
I’ve been living at One Chicago since July and really enjoy it. One of the biggest reasons is the incredible service I receive from Chris, Nana and all the other gentlemen working the valet. Great, great service. Additionally, everyone working at the front desk makes living here that much better. Can’t speak highly enough about them.

With breathtaking views, thoughtful, and state of the art architecture, unparalleled genuine care and support from the staff members - the list could go on and on.1C is a gem that I am forever in awe of. So happy living here at 14 W Superior. Now in our third year leasing here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and when we had friends staying from the UK Melanie went above and beyond to make their stay special at the Stay One Hotel. Beautiful accommodation with top rated amenities. Love living here! Best building and truly amazing staff.
Living at One Chicago has been a great experience. The building is modern and well-maintained, and the Life Time fitness center is outstanding — it’s one of the best I’ve ever used. The staff is professional, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!💕
Moving can be challenging, time consuming & expensive. You won’t make a mistake with One Chicago. The lobby grabs you upon your initial entry. It is fused with brilliant color, warmth & stunning furnishings. Upon entering my unit, I saw the view… it was breathtaking! At night, I want to stay awake & breathe in every angle of my view. My experience at One Chicago has been absolutely wonderful. The building, amenities, helpful and unbelievably friendly staff, and incredible neighbors receive an automatic 5 stars. What's more, being in the heart of the city is invigorating -- the energy here is truly magical and motivating. I am SO happy with my decision to move to One Chicago. So very grateful!
