Kirby assisted me with locating a fabulous apartment during a very urgent and critical time. She was on top of everything from the moment we communicated about my needs. She has been great and I am very grateful for her help! The team as a whole has been the best team I have seen while renting. The complex is fabulous everything is new and it's a quite community. I’ve been living at Lenox Timbergrove for the past few weeks, and my experience has been great so far! Over the last few weeks, more & more residents have moved in and the community is growing well. Since it’s a newer property, everything is clean, quiet, and very well maintained & the leasing team I feel like has had the opportunity to connect with us. I visited a friend at Lenox Timbergrove and was genuinely impressed. The community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with a modern, upscale feel from the moment you arrive. The common areas and grounds are thoughtfully designed and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Dennis was very polite and welcoming to me and I really appreciate how professional and friendly he was. This property was top notch! I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and Kirby was able to take me on a tour of the amenities and a couple of different units. From the start I was very impressed with the shared spaces and the finishing across the entire complex. They have a great co working space which was awesome to see since I work remotely. The unit I toured was beautiful and had a nice 1.5 bedroom that would function well as a home office. If you’re looking in the area definitely schedule a tour here you won’t be disappointed! I had a guided tour of this apartment and had a great experience. Kirby was incredibly warm, personable, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and went out of her way to show me additional floor plans that could be a good fit, which I really appreciated. Since the apartment is brand new, everything is exactly as it should be—clean, modern, and very well maintained. I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is clean, modern, and well, maintained. The lobby is beautifully designed and gives a luxury feel when you walk in. The staff is one of the biggest highlights, Mason, Kirby, and the property manager Dennis are always professional, friendly, and helpful. Any issues or requests I’ve had were handled quickly and with great communication. The building feels secure with controlled access throughout. This is a really nice place, I liked that it was brand new and still by everything but private. Management was really nice and it smells good everywhere! I ended up moving elsewhere due to me needing to be closer to work but I loved this apartment. They’re definitely on my list for next year.
