Kevin was very kind, professional, and helpful during the apartment tour. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. He made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I truly appreciate his great attitude and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
I went to see this apartment after seeing very attractive prices listed on their website. However, when we arrived in person, we were told the apartments were about $300 more than what was advertised online, which was very disappointing and misleading. The apartments themselves are just okay — definitely not nice enough for the price they’re asking or for the area where the building is located. The person who gave my husband and me the tour (Adreana or Andrea) seemed visibly annoyed that she had to show us the unit. She barely explained anything, showed little interest, and had no enthusiasm…
The building I clean and well maintained. Leasing an apartment was a smooth experience. Adriana was very helpful and and had great customer service during the process.
I'd like to thank Kevin Hernandez, Yasmany Hernandez and the entire staff at 850 Living .I recently performed the Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection on the property. Thanks to their excellent communication, all residents were fully informed about the inspection, and the maintenance staff and I felt very welcome. Their cooperation made the inspection process smooth and efficient.

Kevin, the Assistant Community Manager at 850 Living, did an outstanding job helping us. He handled our situation quickly and with ease, showing professionalism and genuine care. Keviiiinnn! This guys should run the entire place, he lowkey probably does 😅. Amazing customer service from Kevin since day 1. I just moved in and my experience has been nothing but amazing. He made sure my unit was in perfect conditions before I moved in, I am in love with my apartment. 🏠❤️ I recommend 10/10. Ask for KEVIN.
Unfortunately my girl lives here and it’s been a horrible experience. The Manger Tracey who is aware of a serious plumbing issue in the unit since she moved. 30days into living in the unit, the unit has flooded in feces and they have never did anything for her. They only sent a restoration company and said we will relocate you to another apartment and never did or give any reimbursement for damaged property, or anything. Expected her to go through her insurance. She continues to live there with the same issues and they have never taken action in the situation to have it resolve it. We have…
