Very unprofessional behavior! First off, the minute we entered, one of the staff asked us about our skin problem/s while in the lobby in front of everyone (this is sensitive information and has to be asked in private). Secondly, prior coming in the clinic, we asked about the consultation ONLY, they said it was free of charge. Even after walking in the place, we clarified that we're only coming in for consultation (nothing more) and we're asking if there is any hidden fees to which they repeatedly assured that there wasn't. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly nice and gentle, which really helped ease my nerves. From the moment I entered, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The consultation was FREE, allowing me to discuss my concerns without any financial pressure. While the prescribed products are on the pricier side, I found that they deliver impressive results. It's clear that quality care comes with a cost, and in this case, it’s well worth it. Advanced Dermatology is a gem! Very unlike other clinical experiences, it is not intimidating, this clinic is entirely supportive of patient's needs & health. Skin Empire made me feel comfortable, treated me like family. They've got fantastic staff, comfortable atmosphere, and quality service. The first time I came, I was nervous and worried.
