I have purchased several apartments in Ajmal Makan City, including a unit in Block C. For one apartment, we were given written confirmation that it was completed, but when we tried to schedule a walkthrough, we were suddenly told that the apartment was not finished after all. Very unprofessional. The building we have already moved into was supposed to be completed according to the schedule by December 2024. While the apartments were recently handed over, the building itself is still a construction site. Daily noise from 6:30 am, recurring fire alarms, lack of infrastructure (no supermarket,…

It’s awful. The next building is under construction 24 hours nonstop. The noise of using drills, saws and hammers makes tenants anxious. Not a good choice if you want to have a rest at home.
