The apartments inside are very nice, the management company are very nice as well, very helpful and kind. Only sometimes there is sirens which can be loud, but besides that everything is good.
Pearl House 1 by Imtiaz Development and JVC is truly a great place to live. The building offers excellent amenities that are well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, making everyday living very comfortable. What really stands out is the management and support staff. A special mention to Zeeshan and Salman — they are extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. Whenever there’s an issue and you give them a call, the team arrives on time and ensures the problem is fixed properly without delays. I have worked with several developers, and my experience with Imtiaz Developers, especially at Pearl House 1, has been very positive. Living in Pearl House I has been an awful experience, mainly due to extremely poor management. There reception system is very unhelpful and any issue or query I have has always been refused with “send email” Fire alarms go off constantly at all hours - early morning, daytime and late at night- regularly waking me up and causing ongoing stress. This has been a known issue but never properly resolved. There have also been repeated gas cut-off problems with no communication, accountability or urgency to resolve it. I don't usually give my opinion, but I wanted to do so to express my satisfaction with the service and the meticulous construction of the residence. I own a studio apartment and I have absolutely no regrets about my investment. The developer, Imtiaz, was transparent and available throughout the entire project. Security and cleanliness are top-notch. I would also like to thank Mohamed and Zeeshan for their helpfulness and professionalism. I recommend this developer without hesitation.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this time I just can’t stay silent. I live in this building, and honestly, it’s the worst place I’ve ever lived in. It looks nice in the pictures, but in reality, it’s a complete disaster. There are constant power outages lasting for days, non-working outlets, water shut-offs, frequent fire alarms going off in the mornings, and a very narrow parking area where it’s easy to bump into another car. The elevator is slow and often out of order. If I had known about all these issues beforehand, I would have never moved here. The only pleasant thing about this…
