Chung cư rất sang trọng sạch sẽ đường xá rất rộng rãi đi vào trung tâm rất dễ an ninh bảo vệ và lễ tân thân thiện gửi hàng dễ dàng
７区の開発中の地域にある。2025年現在、スーパーマーケットは複数あるが、その前もどこもかしこも工事中。レストランの選択肢は、大きな２ブロック先まで、猛暑の中を歩くかタクシーを呼ぶしか無い。工事の騒音もかなり聞こえる。
