WOW..A REAL SHOW STOPER..ALL THE MEETING ROOMS HAVE AMAZING ROOMS AND SPACE..THE FOOD SERVICE COMPANY, FLICK WAS SO PROFESSIONAL..THE PLACE TO HAVE YOUR MEETINGS..
why the FK have they ordered 5 new boats and none are electric!!!!!. nothing can beat a free ferry home.
Lovely office location in Midtown. No tourists, pretty calm place (relative to 5th and 6th ave).
This building has served as my work home for many years I was sad to leave it and I love the area and summertime the lunchtime crowd was treated to live entertainment on Fridays which was always a joy
