5 stars to Eagle Lofts! The building team works hard to keep everything clean and in good shape, and it shows. It makes a big difference living somewhere where the front desk team is so helpful as well.
I’ve had a great experience at Eagle lofts. The building is modern, clean, and well maintained, and it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping everything running smoothly. The leasing office team has been fantastic from day one. They’re friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed help with something. The resident manager also does an excellent job, and the building team is very attentive. Any issues are handled quickly, and it’s clear they really care about the residents.
I’ve been living at Eagle Lofts for three years now, and I’ve had a great experience. The unit is spacious with a beautiful view, and the building management team is professional, responsive, and friendly. I would highly recommend Eagle Lofts to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.
I’ve lived in Eagle lofts for three years in a studio. I enjoyed my life here and willing to stay long-term because the experience is great. The studio is larger than most studios in LIC, with modern appliances, warm temperature and really nice view — I’ve added a few photos taken from my unit. The amenities are a big plus - a solid gym, and Eagle 2 has pool, ski/golf simulator. There are interesting events every month - I have got delicious cookies, cocktails and lovely plants. I recently moved into Eagle Loft 2, and the experience has been fantastic so far. 1. Staff and The Move-In Process The leasing office was exceptional, specifically Tamara. She was incredibly responsive to all my emails and guided me through the entire process smoothly. On moving day, my movers actually arrived 1.5 hours early, but it wasn't an issue at all. My husband and I have been living at Eagle Lofts for a year and a half and recently renewed our lease for another two years. This has been our first home together in NYC, and we’ve had a really positive experience living here. The staff is a huge reason we love the building. We’ve built great relationships with the front desk team and several of the handymen — everyone is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help or take our feedback seriously. Been enjoying my recent move into this apartment. The staff are attentive, quick and organized with packages (better than other apts), and the amenities offered are especially great (24hr gym, coworking space, sauna, bowling alley, and more). I’ve heard mixed reviews on apartment units itself from friends that live here, personally love my unit. There are weekly socials offered by an event management company and it’s so well done (crepe night, paint and pour, hot coffee and donuts). Eagle Lofts has been my home ever since I moved to New York in March 2022, and after 3.5 years here, I can honestly say I've had an amazing experience. I've lived in both a studio and a 2bed/2bath, hosted friends in the event room, grilled outside in the summers, and made several attempts at becoming a morning gym person (still trying). I've also gotten to know the front desk team so well that I know everyone by name, which really made the building feel like home.
