I was the front desk of this beautiful building. My experience is that in this building live very nice and kind people, who am gonna miss. Is a great building with great conditions, and with unique people.

This development embodies the essence of historic South Beach with it's boutique design, and adds an element of luxury by adding 10ft ceilings, impact windows, secure and elevated garage, a 24-hour doorman, rooftop pool deck with resort style seating and BBQ area, 2 gyms, and SMART technology throughout. A true gem.
