Nice Condominium. But room very small. Very nice swimming pool
Good condominium and new.
Penrose is a nice place for living, near market and hawker centre and MRT, but the Lobby area still need to improve! The lighting is dark and is not lifely, does not looks like condos! In fact looks more like HDB 😅

Best layout for families in the entire area, for the bigger units. As such good mix of families here. Tucked nicely away in Sims yet minutes walk to Aljunied mrt and the best food in Singapore. Great gym with good size with cable machine for a condo of this size. Pool somehow always shaded yet water is not icy at all. Easy bike ride to national stadium n MBS via new bike link or a quick bike or car ride down to joo chiat for weekend coffee n bagel brunch
Location is walking distance 7 mins to aljunied mrt. City fringe condo near town. Good size condo .
