Not bike friendly, no bike parking inside and guards waved us away from leaning our bikes outside Uncle Johns and Mary Grace (sad i really wanted to eat here). Also sad knowing Bridgetown capitalizes from fitness and active mobility but has building admins like these that are still care-centric. Ekis na dito haha
Grade A building with modern features. Conveniently located across Opus Mall. They also have a good mix of restaurants and a 24 7 convenience store on premise. My personal favorites are Bocca (prime dining), Merienda by Pan de Manila (comfort Filipino food), and Engkanto Taps (craft beer and casual dining) which opens by Q1 2026.
