Amazing customer service! I stay here all the time and let me tell you, these people are on point!
I lived at Brickell Flatiron for two years, and I truly could not wait to leave. Despite being marketed as a luxury building and having been constructed in 2019, the property has suffered from persistent and serious maintenance issues. Water frequently leaked from the stairwells, and on multiple occasions this caused elevator outages. For a high-rise building, repeated elevator failures are unacceptable and disruptive to daily life. Inside the unit, the shower water pressure was extremely poor. We reported this issue to building maintenance, only to be told that it was “better than many other…
Management lost their minds. The amount of rules they have here is unbelievable. You need to make sure you walk the way they want, you speak proper English, and your dog needs to be as intelligent and well behaved as one of them smart employees there. Otherwise you get lease violation notice.
I’ve been very disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. In my personal interactions, I’ve found the management to be impolite and unprofessional, and at times I’ve felt that certain residents are treated very differently than others. It often seems like rules are enforced inconsistently, with some tenants receiving more lenient treatment while others are met with unhelpful or dismissive responses. The only thing we liked from this building was amenities. Bad management, and not organized services. We have lived in luxury condos in NYC and Miami and recently moved in to this building. We thought this building has the same service that we always had but no. They force you (home owner/tenant doesn’t matter) to come down to package receiving area to pick up your packages. It’s not even a package room. Also they will send you back and forth receiving area and front desk because both side claim that they don’t have your package. Also the maintenance people come to fix your unit whatever time…
Phenomenal condominium! Front desk has been always friendly. Management has been great so far as well. Love living here.
I’m a resident here for a few months, and the building is beautiful but there is many bad apples in the security and some of the people who work here. There are many great people who work here, but the few bad apples (and they are many!), are very rude and mean and incompetent. They spoil the building for everyone. There are also some mean and inconsiderate tenants. They don’t know how to treat residents with respect. So glad I didn’t buy a condo here and I don’t recommend anyone with dignity to rent or own here. I can see many negative reviews that say the same thing. Also, few months ago…
How many high rise condos in Brickell give you penthouse level pool and spa access? This one does. Italian design inside and out and tons of exclusive amenities. Angel the HOA coordinator is exceptional in working with Landlords and Agents. A big plus for owners and tenants alike.
