I can’t say enough good things about this place! From day one, I’ve been impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything is run — it’s truly a step above the building next door. What really stood out to me was a recent visit to the package room. One of the young ladies checking in packages greeted me by my first name — and it completely caught me off guard (in the best way!) because I didn’t even remember hers. Overall, this is an excellent apartment complex. The staff are great to work with. Anytime I needed help, Jalisa and Cindy was there to assist with a smile. The apartments themselves are very nice. I occupied a one (1) bedroom. All appliances worked fine. That includes a washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a gas stove. Air conditioning works excellently. Everything in the apartment works, and the apartments are incredibly nice themselves. Oh, and the food trucks. Great bonus.... Some of the negative reviews aren't accurate and it's a poor example of what this building is…
Living here has been a positive experience. The complex is pretty clean and the building is quiet. Parking is included in rent so that was a plus! The only issue that I have come across was ants during the summer but they have pest control that took care of that quickly. I’ve been here a little over 8 months and I have zero complaints. Great customer service from the leasing team. Shoutout to the maintenance team! They are fast and helpful!
I have been a resident of this property for nearly a year, and I was among the very first tenants to move in. Unfortunately, my experience from the beginning has been overwhelmingly negative. The on-site staff have consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior, often coming across as dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright rude. Attempts to address concerns or request assistance have frequently been met with attitude rather than solutions. In addition, I have faced ongoing issues with the online resident portal. I’ve been living at Bowen Apartments for a while now, and while there are some positives, the noise situation has made my experience very frustrating. The noise from the upstairs neighbors is insane — it constantly sounds like stomping, not just during the day but all through the night, even between 2:00–4:00 AM. I’ve reported this multiple times through emails, calls, and official noise complaints, but the only response I’ve received from the office is, “It’s apartment living.” That kind of dismissive attitude is unacceptable, especially when it impacts your ability to sleep or relax in your…
Bottom Line Up Front: consider someplace else if you are expecting quality customer service and a quiet place to live. We moved into Bowen a few weeks ago and our experience has been incredibly disappointing. From the moment we signed the lease, it has been clear that we are no longer a priority and those who we have interacted with have been all but openly hostile. Had a great tour at Bowen Apartments. The place looks even better in person the gym, pool, and common areas are all really nice. The staff was super chill, answered all my questions, and made the whole thing easy. You can tell they really care and want you to feel at home. My agent was Jalisa.
