Came here to view a 3 bedroom apartment on the 17th floor. There are pockets of forest view and windy. The unit has a yard and storeroom within the kitchen. There are adequate windows around the house. Is a good 990sqft unit. Not so good points. The carpark is sitting on a narrow piece of land thus it resembles a shopping mall carpark where you have to drive all the way up to get a lot. Though it's brightly lit, Good signage and indication of the available lots at the entrance to carpark. There are only 2 lifts serving the whole carpark. Lousy management/security. Expect my guest to walk. Don’t let them drop off at drop off point.
Lovely place to stay. Enjoy the surrounding nature & tranquility. Convenience at the door step with a mall, food & amenities & short walk to the MRT. Love the infinity pool with awesome greenery views!
Beautiful condo. The guards are very friendly and overall I have absolutely nothing to complain. The Hillview environment is amazing and GREAT to raise kids.

Bad waste management. I find it a hassle to carry huge boxes to walk more than 100m to the nearest designated litter bin area to dispose of these huge boxes. There are also plans to remove designated drop off and pick up areas for residents and guests due to safety management which causes more inconvenience.
love the serenity at night with no other buildings facing the pool. Able to enjoy vast views of the skies and stars on cloudless nights. definitely worth the investment to stay here to get away from the noise in the more crowded areas.
I'm so happy that we are ready to move into our new home at Midwood Condominium 🏝️ soon! This is a big step for us and we can't wait to start a new chapter of our lives in this amazing place. We used to live in Guilin View, which was not too far from here, but we never felt a strong sense of belonging there. Nice looking project with clean and stylish aesthetic. Tugged in the serene enclave without being too out of touch with the world. Hillv2 and a community centre are right beside the condo, giving easy access to necessities and amenities. A 5-min walk takes you to rail mall where there are more eateries and a Cold Storage supermarket. For nature lovers, Wallace trail nearby would be a nice place to explore.
