Barva marinara is Residential society in Al wakrah, total units are approximately 6700 with mix sizes with 03 or 02 bedrooms. Good location calm n peaceful environment, mosque, LULU Hypermarket , Gym and many small store are also available in side. Some small restaurants are also located inside.

Barwa madinatna with their cheap material, will lead to things getting easily broken within your first year in the house (e.g. the light lid will fall off, water leakage everywhere from outside and inside, blocked drainage, broken pipe in the wall, broken handles, etc)... on the other hand from a maintenance perspective which is handled by Waseef is one of the worst and most frustrating experiences anyone can face.... with their delayed reaponse to cases and to their useless process of requesting maintenance, to finally coming suddenly to your location without informing you, so if you are not…

Attention for Those Considering renting an apartment in Madinat Barwa This is based on my experiences living in Madinat Barwa for the past 13 months. Advertisements promise luxury apartments with 2-3 bedrooms, swimming pools, gyms, playgrounds, and even one month of free rent. However, all these promises are just in the ads. When we started living there, not even a single bathroom was in usable condition. Upon calling for repairs, we learned that everything had been subcontracted. Nice, calm airy place to live. Good for families and children. Lulu mall is 15 mins by walk for any shopping needs and supported by supermarkets and restaurants inside the cluster. Multiple school choices within 15-20 mins radius by car. You get a quick access to the Shamal Highway ( Doha Expressway)via F ring road.
