It's located in one of the best neighborhoods in Tri-City, and I am happy with my investment.
Have lived here since they opened. Great amenities, great location, very well run building.
I love this building ! Great people, lovely homes and nothing out of the norm re living in a new condo has occured. The building is very clean. Perfect alottment of concierge service, and they are very friendly and always willing to help. I didnt mind the previous management. The elevator, and door issues are normal occurances for a new building. Other issues has not been out of the norm for a new buildign (cracks are expected due ot the building settling). Yes, it takes time to secure parts but this is not under the ocntrol of the strata or management. Some tennants don't always understand…
Giving 1 star because I moved in Oct 1 2022 and its a brand new building. They promised the outdoor pool and hot tub to be open a month after my move in. Here I am in mid march and its still not open! I am paying top dollar for rent (over 3k monthly). To top that off, it has the worst concierge service I have ever seen in a luxury high rise. I moved here from The Amazing Brentwood towers where there was about 5-6 concierge employees and someone was always at the desk until 11PM daily! In this building its only 1 person until 4pm monday-friday and after that there's no help if you need it.…

We've had absolutely no problems with our new home. The problem with these reviews is that most people only write one when they have a problem. So here's mine -- we absolutely love it!
Absolute waste of investment. First time residents in a new 6 month old building and it's already falling apart. Ceiling leaks. Hot water turns off. Building manager says "Can't help because it's Onni's responsibility". And Onni caretakers are nowhere to be found. Tip of the iceberg. Please please be very cautious if you're planning to invest in any Onni constructions!
Horrible experience! The building management is incompetent. You will never find the concierge seating at the desk( that is if they decide to show up on time). Forget about calling anyone, no one will answer. One of the worst condo buildings that I have lived in so far. Add to that the material used inside the apartments is sub par.
I feel super sick, I work up stairs at Fitness World I open at 5 am daily From Monday-Thursday. I register through my app every 90 minutes, Today I was busy helping customers and didn't register once my time expired. These are tough times and I can barely afford food, I am working minimum wage, yet getting set back with 89$ tickets, I have reached out to see what they can do for employees of Suter brook only to get shut down, I am not here to park freely but to come to work everyday to make a living.
