  • As a resident, I am pretty impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and the friendly atmosphere of the community. The complex has a number of resources in and around the buildings. I also appreciate the security measures of the complex. The apartment unit came with all major appliances and has a stellar maintenance team to keep all of them up to date in maintenance and functionality. The only downside is the lack of consideration of the customers and patrons visiting the businesses at the plaza. My unit faces toward the plaza so I hear the traffic and loud car engines. I cant fault the…
  • Today I did a tour and Halley was my leasing office agent. She was amazing, she was super nice and made sure to take her time with me. I loved the apartments and I’m excited to move forward! Leasing office definitely is a winner here.
  • I’ve been in my unit for a little over a week now, and so far my experience has been great! When I was searching for apartments, I honestly never considered living in Lake Mary, but this community popped up while I was in the area and decided to check it out. It ended up having all of my non-negotiables: no carpet, a screened patio, and a top-floor unit. Hillary was amazing to work with. I stopped in at the end of the day without an appointment, and she still took the time to give me a full tour of the property and the actual unit I’d be renting. She totally read me like an open book and knew…
  • I have lived at this property for over two years and am counting down until my lease ends. Unfortunately, the condition of the property has significantly declined during my time here, to the point where I would prefer to end my lease early rather than continue living here. There have been Winn-Dixie shopping carts left on the property for days, which have now begun to accumulate trash. While the property may appear appealing online, the reality behind the scenes is very different. Management has also made repeated promises regarding improvements, including the installation of a dog park. They…

  • Hillary was awesome!! Me and my fiance originally went in for a self-guided tour but Hillary stepped and took the initiative to show us 4 apartments! She was friendly, personable, and truly made us feel super welcomed and comfortable. Thank you Hillary! -I more than loved your tour! 🩷🩷🩷
  • Drake complex stole our hearts from day one. We’ve been living in apartment 340 for a year now and we’re happy with everything. The management and service are absolutely amazing — they respond quickly and are always there when needed. And the view of the pool? Just stunning. Thank you for the great service and the chance to be part of your community!
  • Hillary Reyes was absolutely amazing throughout our entire moving process. From day one, she was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, exactly what you need when everything feels chaotic. She stayed on top of every detail, communicated clearly, and made sure we always knew what was happening next. Her professionalism and genuine care made the experience so much smoother and less stressful. We truly felt supported every step of the way. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her!
  • Lived here for 15 months. The community, the amenities and the neighbors were the best. We loved our apartment and wished we didn’t have to part ways with it, but unfortunately our rent was raised when we went to renew and it was too much for us. Hillary from the office was very helpful with us towards the end. I will say though, believe the reviews about them keeping your deposit. We paid a security deposit as well as a cat deposit, and apparently the cat deposit does not cover any damages the cats may have caused. So, to me the whole cat deposit thing seems like a scam. It’s been almost 2…
