Spencer and Joseph from the maintenance department were timely, professional, and very kind. They took care of my work order efficiently, and I really appreciated their help. Great experience overall!

The maintenance crew which is led by Spencer at CTC Paradisi in Surprise, AZ is excellent. The turn-around between request and completion of the job is fantastic. When Spencer arrived, the job was quickly and efficiently completed in the same day of the request. Spencer was professional and courteous, and answered all the questions asked. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to correct an issue that was not on the request list when I brought it to his attention. He returned promptly and attended to the issue in the backyard. As soon as we walked into the leasing office of Yardly Paradisi we felt extremely welcomed by April. She answered all questions that we had and was very thorough with the apartments. When we came back to sign our lease Layla made it easy and also had answers to everything we asked. Our experience with both of them has made our moving to Yardly paradisi a great choice!
We lived here for a year and recently moved out, we had such an amazing experience! The staff were amazing from the front office to the maintenance staff! They have monthly calendars with fun events that go on! Such a great place to live!
I moved here march 1st, this place is phenomenal, The complex manger Ms.Layla is truly amazing , she has helped me tremendously, she was always nice and soft spoken never once got rude or mean vibe from her. I’ve also met some of the residents at the pool and all had amazing things to say about the ladies in front. This apartment complex is more like a small home community. They have several events each month for the community to get together and bond with your neighbors. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgable. When we arrived Cynthia, the property manager, gave us a tour. We were very pleased to see they were big dog friendly.
