The best thing about Mercan konakları is the view and the quiet surrounding area. Unfortunately, the management is extremely poor, and their attitude is unpleasant. Whenever there is a problem and we request a technician, they send someone not to actually fix the issue, but only to temporarily cover it up. There are no permanent or proper solutions—just short-term fixes that don’t address the root cause. On top of that, responses are usually very slow, and communication with management is difficult as they tend to be aggressive and uncooperative. The monthly aidat fees are very high, yet…
I can’t believe this site has 4.4 points. Yes, looks very pretty and beautiful view and peaceful only because it’s surrounded by nothing. But it comes with very high aidat prices and even though you pay so much, half of the time the elevator is not working, the electricity get cut off or the internet line gets cut off and there are some free dogs in the site. How can I let my children play outside in the site safely? I can’t. I see a dog running after a woman who is scared of dogs. Either they fix these issues so the money we give is worth it and if not, I do not recommend this place. Full of…

Very quiet and clean
Horrible , it’s my duty as a resident to let anyone thinking of purchasing apartments here know , it’s just the view, no foundation everyday there’s water leaking from the ceiling or either the bathrooms and or the walls are cracking , the house is literally collapsing in not even a year! It’s a total waste of money ! We’ve been here for a little over a year and we only had like a month or 2 without construction in our apartment , there’s always a problem something they either forgot to build or is not working properly !
