I had a very bad experience because of the lady working there. Her attitude while assisting me with choosing perfumes was really bad. No greeting, no smile, just snarky remarks as I was looking for the right scent for me. It was like she did not want to be at work. This was disappointing because she is the main person who is always there. When one of the owners is there, the gentlemen take pride in customer service. The ladies do a disservice. Toybah Southgate needs to look into their employees.

I had to stop shopping at this shop because of the horrible attitude of one of the two ladies who work there, not the slender one who always goes out of her way to help clients. The issue is the other lady who behaves like she is doing clients a favor and is very rude, and unapologetically about her behavior 😒.
