Great rooms and views and close to everything
Very cozy place love it
Nice building , nice elevators, friendly staff, no bugs Not completely welcoming to Airbnb or short stay guests as you are not technically supposed to use the gym and you must pay to use pool every time
I stayed in an Airbnb unit here and absolutely loved the place and the view! The staff were incredibly nice. The only downside was the ongoing road widening in front of the building during our stay, but once that’s completed, it’ll be perfect!

Smdc Red Residences along Makati ,the lobby feel is fantastic, relaxing, good ambience and cold, the amenities like swimming pool and gym is great
false selling be careful to those who wants to invest their hard earned money management can change in flip and next thing you know is your hard earn cash was taken from you , facing huge stress like us we OFFERED 5% move in thats never existed after we paid saying managment had change its rules company wont take responsibility for anything. they will sell you water but they wont let you even drink . buyer rights has been depleted. totally its hard to say that this company doesnt stand to their words .and wont move to make things right.
Lack of customer service. Super delayed turnover even after you paid and completed all procedures. These guys are just smiles when you wish to buy and pay but the rest is a real stress ans hassle. Won’t be investing again with them.
Super delayed turnover of property, after so many calls and follow ups, they lack action to the concerns of the unit owner, i honestly regret investing at SMDC after paying with bank loans with a very high interest here in the Philippines, and until now it is not ready to move in, i feel it is not worth to have it. I can say just get the property once you have enough money to pay in full.if not then this is not a really recommendable .investment.
