We are extremely happy to finally be a part of the Canoe Creek (Neal Builders) neighborhood. Everyone is so nice. Neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. I wanted to say from start to finish Louise Randazzo was amazing in helping us get to the finish line. Being out of town through entire process she was quick to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had. She was truly a tremendous help. Now that we are settled and of course there are some issues with any new construction our Construction Manager Tom Clark has been awesome and very attentive to any of our needs. He also kept us…
I want to thank Neal Communities for the pleasure and opportunity for building my first home. The ability to go through each process of choosing the style of home, down to the colors of the walls was an amazing experience. As a first time homeowner, I couldn’t have asked for a better builder to go with. I enjoyed every process, but my favorite part was being able to watch my own slice of paradise come into reality. I want to thank Louise, my sales Associate, for making it clear where I wanted to flip to the next chapter in my life. I also wanted to thank Tom, my construction manager, for…
It is a mediocre new community with narrow streets and a very basic infrustructure for residents (a pool, a pickleball, small gym, party floor). They prefer to build more boxes to maximize profits. I mean, seriously Neal? No kids' playground, no park, no fields? No colors, No benches. No walking paths? No other amusement besides the primitive pickleball? No Tennis? Not even a fun area for kids... Given that there are two dog parks adding up to the football field size? It also lacks greenery. It is new, but it's at least 5 years old, already. Plant some trees. Create fun you are so eagerly…
We are very happy with our new home! We had High expectations, knowing what we wanted to achieve as part of the design of the house. Going through the wonderful sales person, Louise Randazzo, she shepherded us through the entire buying process from lot selection, working with the design center, and achieving the funding for the house. We were coming from Maryland and had to rely upon local assistance from the various Neal individuals. Communication was solid throughout the entire process, and there were a few delays or hiccups after we had gone through the design. Had to compromise on some…

People here think they are above you, and they watch everything you do. Our neighbors do what they want they park themselves in front of the houses and talk about the neighbors. When I first moved in I wasn't told that you can't park in the street so they towed my car away. 250.00 later I had my car back. Can't get in touch with the hoa, they are never there. What can I say, I'm glad I just rent here. The houses are small as well
We bought the DREAM model in Canoe Creek and we couldn't be happier here. We worked with Darice in the sales office who was amazing. Although our project manger is no longer with Neal, he was fantastic to work with. We set up clear expectations from the start which was, "please communicate with us weekly and give us transparent updates" which he did and we didn't have any issues. Anything we brought forward as an issue was addressed by the warranty department thought out our first year. Our house is lovely, our neighbors are as well, and we scored the most beautiful neighborhood that's so…
Tree in back yard of villa was to be replaced during the build process and never was, numerous attempts made to requests replacement but always delayed then finally denied and told they would remove the trees and not replace them if they are not visible from street
Having wanted to purchase a home in the Lakewood Ranch Area for some time prior to retiring. I had researched & visited the area for the past 4 years. I visited many of the new communities and did background checks on the builders. When I originally started looking the Fort Hamer Bridge was not open. Therefore, Parrish, FL was not a viable choice. Once the Fort Hamer Bridge opened it only took 10 minutes to drive into Lakewood Ranch vs the 30 minutes before. Parrish is a hidden treasure. Undeveloped beautiful rural Florida. I had seen Neal Communities before, knowing they built quality & they…
