Love living here at the Maker Midtown. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Tierra and Myra always made the move in process super easy. Nate and Gabe make this place feel like home! The whole team provide that safe, friendly atmosphere while maintaining professionalism. Outstanding and I would highly recommend! I’m so happy I picked The Maker as my home.
Tierra Bowen at Maker was great to work with throughout my entire lease. From the initial move-in through my time living there and ultimately the move-out process, she was responsive, professional, and helpful. She made what could have been stressful transitions much easier and handled everything efficiently. I appreciated her consistent communication and support.
Amazing staff and culture. Friendly, vibrant, welcoming and professional. They invited me for a community event where I was welcomed with open arms by the community. Although I ended up taking advantage of a unbelievable offer elsewhere, I really valued the experience and would've looked forward to staying at the location had I not found the other place.

Just renewed my lease here for a second time! Tierra and the Maker team have been very accommodating as well as have seen them grow in their respective positions. I appreciate Tierra in her effort in making sure Maker is a great place to live!
My wife and I moved into Maker two and a half months ago and have loved every minute of being here! The staff was so helpful during our move and went the extra mile to make everything went very smoothly. All of the management team are friendly, efficient and extremely dedicated professionals and are constantly working on ways to build community within the building. The building is always immaculately clean, our neighbors are friendly and respectful, and we are amazed at how quiet and residential the neighborhood is - yet so very close to all of the amenities of Midtown! I have so many incredible things to say about living at The Maker! I truly can’t recommend this apartment community enough. Tierra, Cailee, Craig, and Rudy are absolutely amazing — some of the best people I’ve ever met. They made the entire process so easy and welcoming, and they genuinely care about residents. My husband and I have had a great experience living at Maker. The staff is always nice and friendly, but I want to give special recognition to Craig. He’s been fantastic from day one—always helpful, attentive, and going above and beyond. During a time when we needed extra support due to a personal matter that keeps us away for a month,, Craig truly stepped up, even helping us by watering our plants. That kind of care and thoughtfulness makes such a difference. He is a valuable asset to the building and a big part of what makes Maker feel like home.
