I recently stayed at a villa in Nameer Island Villas owned by a friend, and it was a fantastic experience! 🏝️ The villa is spacious, bright, and has a modern, well-thought-out layout. The private pool and lagoon view were especially enjoyable in the mornings. The owner is planning to sell the villa, and from my experience, it’s a high-quality property that works well both for vacationing and as an investment. Terrible Experience at Villa 20” Upon our arrival, the owner did not allow us to check in because we arrived a few minutes early. When we were finally allowed to enter, the floor was still wet, making it inconvenient to settle in. One of the main attractions of the villa was supposed to be the cinema. Unfortunately, it didn’t work at all. We tried to contact the owner for assistance, but he didn’t answer our calls. The worest management I have ever deal with is Nameer villa 20, in their page and villa detail cinema was mentioned but after trying to switch it ON is not working tried to contact management with no answer!! No soap on the toilets. To book you have to pay full Reservation fees and insurance. No instructions was there before Reservation. I got instructions after I asked for. And found out it is only 20 hrs. They are very stricked in the check in and check out. It's good experience for my family I booked one villa with a garden view . It's a great place to feel peace and relaxing . I really recommended
