A beautiful experience. I spend half the year travelling and staying in hotels around the world. The Rosewood are always exceptional but the interior design of Chancery has to be one of my favourite. Friendly and thoughtful service throughout. Extending an extra thank you to Aristotle who was extremely generous with his time, recommendations and help and to Christian in the Eagle Bar, great service. Thank you, I will certainly be back many more times.
My husband and I decided to try this brand new hotel for a couple of days and it was sublime. The staff at, and in the Spa, were so kind and helpful. The Spa is immaculate and the pool so long and beautiful. We had tea instead of wine at night because they had such a range - and the setting is so comfortable and beautiful; natural wood mohair and natural materials everywhere, stunning. My one advice would be to have better coffee, a proper barista bar not Nespresso but truly barista quality coffee, but we’re coffee lovers . Thank you to all the team so helpful, relaxing and glorious. Hans And…
I have traveled all over the world and have been to many luxury hotels. I have NEVER experienced the type of hospitality and service like I did at the rosewood chancery. I celebrated my 40th birthday here on my own and then with my children and they went so over the top making me feel so loved and so taken care of. I could not recommend this property more. I also ate and drank at every one of their restaurants and bars. I’d recommend this for anyone looking to feel immersed in luxury while also feeling like a home away from home. And the art is absolutely breathtaking! Sammy and Elizabeth and…
"} My stay at The Chancery Rosewood, Mayfair was absolutely exceptional, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone involved in making it such a wonderful experience. First, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the management team, as well as the reception and service staff, for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. From the very first moment, the welcome was warm, gracious, and truly reflected the high standards of the hotel. Secondly, a very special thank you to the Reception Manager, Abdullah. His exceptional welcome, professionalism, and genuine…

We had a fabulous stay at the Chancery Rosewood. Hospitality across the board was impeccable. Our room was very large and beautiful. The Spa, gym and pool were super luxurious. The Eagle bar on the rooftop is a must visit - with stunning views over Mayfair. Delicious Martinis and some great American Bourbons. We had the Afternoon Tea one afternoon - it was really excellent, with a huge collection of exotic teas. We’ve stayed at all of the top London hotels in the past, this one now firmly leads the list. We’ll be back!
The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and finished to a very high standard. The interiors, spa, and pool areas look luxurious and modern, and the overall quality initially feels top level. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, especially for families. Despite it being 2026 when fitness and wellness are an important part of daily life the hotel does not allow children under 18 to use the gym, which feels outdated and unrealistic. Many families staying at luxury hotels are active, and many children practice sports seriously, some at professional levels. There are also no spa…
The Chancery Rosewood feels calm and quietly luxurious, with seamless service that makes the entire stay effortless. ||Dinner at Serra was relaxed yet refined, with beautifully balanced dishes and a sophisticated atmosphere.||Asaya Spa was the highlight. The space is serene and grounding, and Suzanne’s knowledge immediately stood out. She created a strong sense of comfort, worked with precision, and soothed tension throughout. Her aftercare advice was clear, thoughtful, and genuinely useful. I left feeling deeply relaxed and restored — the perfect ending to the experience.||Highly recommended.
My stay at The Chancery Rosewood was a mixed experience. We arrived through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR), and as part of the AMEX benefits we received an upgrade to a suite, as well as complimentary round trip transportation to and from the hotel, which was a thoughtful gesture from AMEX. On one hand, this is a new, beautifully designed luxury hotel with strong potential and an impressive physical standard. On the other hand, the overall experience did not fully meet the expectations associated with the Rosewood brand. The room itself was pleasant and well designed, however…
